Astronomy Study Program collaborates with a number of Indonesian Government Agencies, international universities and research institute. The cooperation with government department mostly involved students, therefore it increases the students skill in using telescope. For example, using telescope for Hilal observation. International cooperation of Astronomy Study Program with abroad Universities through exchange student and staff both act as a way/method to reach staff development.
Student exchange is arranged by ITB International Services, which supports university’s internationalization by developing and maintaining cooperation relationships and agreements with international universities and networks. The network of higher education and research institutions forms an excellent basis for collaboration in mobility of students, lecturers and researchers, as well as joint education and research projects.
